The project includes the expansion of the corporate headquarters with a 30 story office building with 4 below grade and 8 above grade parking floors, 60,000 sf of retail space, at grade lobby and 12th floor skylobby, conference center, cafeteria and dining, connecting bridge to existing building and destination dispatch elevators.
