Structural Renovation/Repairs

Project Description:

This project included the structural renovation and repair of the plaza level and two levels of the below grade parking. The building was fully occupied during the project and all work was coordinated so as not to adversely impact business operations and disturb the adjacent residential condos. The renovation and repair scope of work involved the repair of post-tension concrete slabs throughout the three levels and the removal and replacement of exterior hardscape and landscape around the entire exterior of the building.
