Project included construction phase project management services of the historic renovation for the Bureau of Labor Statistics and the Architect of the Capitol. Responsibilities included the negotiation of all base building and tenant architectural and electrical change orders, project punchlist review and sign-off, procurement and implementation of the building signage package and project closeout and archiving.
