Project Description:

Project included design phase project management services of the historic renovation for the Environmental Protection Agency. Responsibilities included the negotiation of all design additional services requests, processing of all negotiated services according to the FAR requirements, coordination of internal GSA resources for review and approval of design documents (Historic, Elevator, MEP and Fire and Life Safety) and day-to-day oversight of the design process.
