Project included a mixed use town center with retail/commercial space, 2,000 residential units and a 500-key hotel. Responsibilities included town center master planning, tenant LOI and lease coordination, tracking of Owner lease concessions, unique storm water management approach, sewage pumping station/force main, off site road improvements, utilities relocation/coordinate and phased design and construction.
